Overview

BluSky Restoration Contractors provides commercial, industrial, governmental, and multi-family RESTORATION, RENOVATION, ENIVRONMENTAL, and ROOFING services across the continental US.  With an emphasis on large projects, we don’t build things, we restore and rebuild them.  Our engaged employees bring experience and teamwork to anyone who owns or manages property, provides property insurance, or manages property insurance claims.

Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Ordering and replenishing office supplies, including coffee
  • Mail – handling all incoming and outgoing
  • Assist with new employee on-boarding
  • Coordination of corporate initiatives (RIP scoreboards, Best Practices, etc)
  • Answering phones, forwarding phones, developing on call tree
  • Taking leads over the phone

Operations, Sales, Marketing

  • Scheduling crews (leads)
  • Scheduling of Estimators and PMs
  • Production meetings – schedule and lead the meetings
  • Assist with Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Reconciling time cards with dailies (job sheets), upload dailies to Restoration Manager (RM)
  • Tracking and reporting on Crawford TIP scores
  • Maintaining proper operations and supplies inventory
  • Assist PMs with subcontractor buy-outs as appropriate (call subs, send scope sheet, schedule on-site visit, etc)
  • Sales support: invoicing assistance, minor Xactimate duties
  • Monitor Technician qualifications so none lapse.
  • Assist in preparation of bid documents, and permits as necessary.
  • Assist with maintenance records on vehicles and equipment.
  • Assist Operations Manager in facilitation of Cat Losses, and dispatching of personnel and equipment locally and/or nationally.

Systems & Process Administration

  • Scan and upload documents into RM
  • RM compliance
  • Put jobs into production for Estimators
  • Create budget templates in RM for Sales and PM Staff.
  • Maintain schedule dates and milestones in RM. Close files in RM when complete.
  • Assist Estimators and PM’s with Program requirements.

 

Executive Assistant

  • Act as Executive Assistant to regional Vice President
  • Provide support with preparing reports and special projects as necessary
