The Administrative Receptionist is the unofficial "director of first impressions" and as such, serves a critical role for all BluSky's customers, clients and vendors. Primary responsibilities include ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through answering phones, greeting customers, clients and vendors, and providing high level administrative support at the corporate offices for all departments. Fluency in Spanish, highly preferred.


  • Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Receive new service calls (Leads) including emergency calls & take detailed information down
  • Greet and assist all walk-in customers and guests
  • Prepare and handle all incoming/outgoing mail, UPS, courier services, and faxes
  • Manage conference rooms, front lobby and copy room, keeping areas clean and well stocked
  • Set up conference rooms and A/V equipment for meetings as needed
  • Order and stock all office supplies, ensuring adequate supply at all times
  • Manage kitchen/breakroom, keeping area clean and well stocked at all times
  • Maintain & distribute internal company phone list weekly
  • Maintain Verizon account
  • Track iPads & cell phones, i.e. maintain iPad/Cell phone spreadsheet
  • Monitor cell phone and iPad usage monthly
  • Assist with upgrading technological equipment for all employees such as cell phones and iPads
  • Assist with the New Hire process (set up cell phones & iPads)
  • Assist with new Technician apparel
  • Liaison with IT & telephone, copier, etc. companies to resolve issues
  • Responsible for Weekly Customer Service Survey administration and scorecard
  • Responsible for tracking Perfect Surveys and payouts
  • Responsible for tracking and administering Sherpa awards
  • Assist other internal departments as needed
  • Adhere to all company policies and Best Practices
  • Provide the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Additional duties as assigned


• Three years of customer service and administrative experience required
• Experience with handling a high volume of phone calls
• Ability to multi-task is a must
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and successfully juggle competing priorities
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) required
• Must possess a strong attention to detail and be highly organized
• Must be prompt, friendly, self-starter, professional and helpful at all times
