    Provide administrative support for the CEO and C-suite. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related activities. The ability to work under broad direction, requiring significant interaction with executive staff and visitors with a high degree of professionalism is strongly valued.


    • Executive level administrative support
    • Management and maintenance of executives' calendars and appointments
    • Coordinate travel & expense report management in alignment with all company policies, procedures & systems & deadlines
    • Support of communications (phone, email, internal/external written communications)
    • Assistance in the development and preparation of meeting materials, presentation decks
    • Support of travel arrangements and related logistics
    • Organization of confidential and sensitive files; reports and information
    • Prioritization of meetings and work flow management especially during peak travel times
    • Facilitate inquiries and resolve routine matters; escalate high profile high sensitive issues/concerns
    • This position will report directly to the CEO


    • Bachelor's degree OR commensurate experience required
    • 5+ years experience required in a corporate setting
    • Excellent calendar management skills
    • Ability to develop PowerPoint decks, create and make changes to excel spreadsheets
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
    • Strong interpersonal & communication skills - verbal & written, ability to communicate with all levels of staff, peers, senior management
    • Strong organization skills
    • Good analytical ability
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, have a sense of urgency, and work on many concurrent tasks
    • Ability to make sound decisions and anticipate situational needs
    • Ability to handle confidential materials with appropriate level of discretion
