    Brief Description


    The Corporate Sales Analyst is responsible for the designing and maintaining sales reports, collection, evaluation, forecasting and analysis of comprehensive sales data and goals.  They are responsible for managing the sales incentive compensation process and analyzing sales force realignment requests.  This position reports to the Vice President of Business Development and analyzes, creates and recommends standardized and customized reports which includes, but is not limited to, quantitative data, sales funnel flows and forecasts. 


    • Provides data to assist the sales team in achieving corporate goals and efforts
    • Manages all aspect of sales methodologies and tracking tools
    • Generates and manages various sales and customer reports
    • Evaluates return on investment from all sales efforts
    • Assists in the development and review of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team

     Essential Functions


    CRM & Sales Reporting

    • Becomes familiar and works closely with CRM software and ensures full utilization of its capabilities
    • Generates weekly and monthly reports to the organization which includes sales activity, marketing inactivity, lead to sale, near term leads and sales reports
    • Provides sales data to each office for quarterly office reviews, identifies opportunities for improvement, and attends meetings as needed.
    • Helps enforce and manage data input for sales referrals and near-term leads initiated by sales personnel


    Strategic Account Management

    • Tracks and monitors lead and sales volume and prepares a comparative analysis of prior years.
    • Provides data for quarterly office reviews and strategic account meetings

     Sales Credit and Commission Approvals

    • Partners with Vice Presidents and Branch Managers for review and approvals of sales credit and commission data
    • Reviews sales activity and referral information to verify sales credit
    • Manages sales, split forms and best practices

     National Conference & Trade Show Analysis

    • Tracks and monitors spending on national conferences, trade shows and other sales events
    • Compares, monitors and verifies attendee list to strategic accounts and existing referrals sources
    • Gathers new contact information and tracks future leads and sales



    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, required
    • 3 years of sales support, data handling, processing and/or analytics, required
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Database Management, preferred

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, and may office hours may vary.


    Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of- area and overnight travel may be expected
